Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the products.
Conditions for replacement:
- The item(s) you ordered differs from the item delivered to you.
- The item delivered to you is defective or damaged.
- The item delivered to you does not fit due to incorrect sizing.
In the above cases, we will ship you a replacement free of charge once the details of the case are verified by us. The products must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased unworn and/or unused, along with, all the product tags, stickers, warranty booklet, manuals and packaging that they came with. Please take pictures of the product / its packaging in all cases to aid the returns process.
Please note the below terms under which replacement will not be possible:
- You have used or tried out the product and removed the tags.
- The product shows signs of wear and tear, and usage is not in the condition that it was delivered to you.
- Any product whose packaging has been destroyed will not be returnable.
- All products are to be returned in their original packaging including all manuals/cards dispatched originally.
- If any products is missing any tags/packaging elements/hangers/covers/manuals/cards, they will not be returnable. If any of these are missing and your item is eligible for return, you will be refunded 75% of the invoice value within 7 to 14 business days as per the RBI guidelines.
- Any products taken out for a ride are considered used and not eligible for return. We encourage you to try the gear indoors for size/fit.

No exchange or returns are allowed on balaclavas, base layers, or socks.
Terms & Conditions for returns:
- Please ensure you contact the store within 3 days to initiate the returns process.
- Once you initiate the process, we will take 2 working days to process your return.
- You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to our store/warehouse.
- If you are unsure about sizing or the right product for you at the time of ordering, please reach out to us at sales@crankitmoto.com so we can guide you in your decision.
- Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a full refund (less original shipping charges) in the form of store credit for any future purchases.
- For orders payments made through Snapmint, refunds will be also processed through Snapmint and to the original payment method

Return shipping options:
- Please ship your returns through a reputable courier firm which includes package tracking and insurance for the return shipment.
- Crankitmoto can arrange return shipping the charges for which will be passed onto the customer.
- All return shipments must be prepaid; all COD packages will be rejected.
Defects and Warranties:
- Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms; we will assist our customers in the process of claiming a warranty should it be applicable. For any warranty claims, please ensure you send the problem summary along with product pictures to us at sales@crankitmoto.com
- Import products are only covered for any manufacture defect until the delivery of the product. We inspect each item for any defect before dispatch, and we encourage customers to check the item on receipt thoroughly for any mfg. defects. No warranty claims will be accepted once the item has been worn.
Order cancellations:
- Orders once placed can only be canceled until the items are not shipped from our warehouse, once shipped cancellations will not be possible.
- Bank processing charges for the canceled order will be borne by the customer in case of order cancellation.
Payment Policy:
- PAYMENT MODE You can pay Online through UPI, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Debit cards, IMPS.
- We also offer Easy EMI options through RAZORPAY and SNAPMINT
- Any refunds where the payment is made through credit card or EMI using the above to payment gateways will be processed through the gateway and will be returned to your original method of payment.
