Eligibility:

• Available only for size/color mismatches or damaged/deffective products on eligible riding gear and accessories.
  

Requirements:

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. (Link). Include the online Order email to claim warranty
• Products must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
• 5–6 images or a video showing all angles of the product are mandatory.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective products.
