  1. LOCATION: To ship the products, we require a complete address including a postal code for every order.

  2. Orders for which items are ready in stock will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders for items that are supplier stock will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Orders that are special requests we will provide an estimate to receive in our warehouse it may take upto 30 days to receive in warehouse, once received the order will be dispatched within 2 business days

  3. For a seamless and secure shipment, we work with the logistics partners listed below:

  4. All orders will be shipped by ground shipping, and customer will receive a consignment tracking ID to track the shipment.

  5. DELIVERY TIME This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavor to deliver orders within 4 to 7 Business days (excluding public holidays), however, the exact delivery timelines are beyond our control. Crank IT isn't liable for any shipper delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.

  6. Crank IT isn't liable if any damage is caused to the product during transit. Customers are advised not to accept the order if the package is damaged or has been tampered with, and to take pictures and email us at sales@crankitmoto.com
